Yuan Sundman

Mrs. Sundman has had successful performances in the U.S., Russia, and China, including her debut at the age of 12 in Saint Petersburg Philharmonic Hall. At age 17, she performed Chopin's 24 Etudes (one of the most technically challenging pieces) in her solo recital at Texas Christian University.

As a winner of the Kuleshov International Piano Competition and PianoTexas Piano Music Festival, Mrs. Sundman was invited to give solo and orchestral concerts. Mrs. Sundman's other performances include Carnegie Recital Hall in New York, Hong Kong City Hall, Hong Kong Cultural Centre Hall, Greenfield Hall at the Manhattan School of Music, and Helen Bader Recital Hall at Wisconsin Conservatory of Music. She is also featured as a soloist to perform with the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra and Texas Christian University Symphony Orchestra.

Mrs. Sundman graduated with cum laude majoring in Piano Performance, under the guidance of Professor John Owings. She has received masterclasses from Dr. Kaplinsky (The Juilliard School of Music), Mr. Lang Lang , and masters from other countries.
